Some context : TV Tokyo broadcasted the 12th episode of Kemono Friends while North Korea launched a missile in the direction of Japan.

In reaction to this, those picture were posted on twitter that, (with my limited understanding of Japanese) had descriptions like "Kaban-chan who recieved a warning from the Maritime Safety Agency traveling to somewhere." or something like that.
(I would really like someone more qualified to translate the twitter text that comes with those 2 pictures.)
