Marshadow stays in DOU!

Notes:

1. Intimidate and burn are common

2. It usually only hits one target at a time, screwing it up if it hits a Pokemon using any protection move unless it's a Z-move.

3. Trick Room will mess Marshadow around.

4. Swagger is banned (again) before the suspect test begins, which OHKO almost every Pokemon that got affected by Swagger.

5. Magearna was quick banned there before
