Wouldn't mind if someone were to find the actual sauce, because I found it in a Reddit thread, or at least google images pointed me there and the pic was nowhere to be seen, it did say that the pic was permalinked to imgur so I'm just putting that address as sauce for now.

also, I'm pretty sure there is a meme about these flashing images, but I just don't know what the name is, so that would be nice to know aswell.
