So, this is Kuuga's most powerful form. 'Super Rising Ultimate', yeah, the stats, from top to bottom (The only numbers on this), are Height, Weight, Punching Power, Kicking Power, Jump Height, and Speed. This form, however, can't be achieved without him getting infused by Electrical Power by Kamen Rider Stronger and Kamen Rider OOO Shauta Form's Unagi Whip.
