Peridot would be W/U/B, the W would mean a strong belief in what that person believes is right (her loyalty to HW and then to her belief in that the earth is worth protecting is evidence of this), U is again the want to gain control and to use logic rather than emotion which we have seen from Peri, and B is again working for one's own goals (we've seen this again). Not a pro but I can try and add to that Lapis was B/U/G This one is interesting since B/U clash heavily with G Black deals with power, thus she will not to let her power slip. She's distrustful as f--- with a dark outlook, meaning she'd probably backstab if she feels she's in danger. She's capable of questionable, sometimes reckless actions to secure her own survival (or maybe that of Steven, who she cares about). For black, almost nothing is taboo. So in that regard, very focused on hereself. Blue might show that she'd see herself in the moral highground. She certainly would never enjoy violence or treachery in itself. They would simply be a logical tool in a world that is out to get you. Also blue is concerned with speeding up natural processes for progress. So from a moral standpoint she was probably ok with what was happening on Earth and maybe chill with the Cluster if she knew about it (if there was a rational justification). Green defies this by the dislike of forceful change. So maybe she was neither with nor against Homewold but just passively going with the flow and kinda got sucked into it by obligation or authority. It might just as well express her learned helplessness and fatalistic world view, though. She simply accepts "fate". But also passive in a good way, meaning she'd only fight in what she perceives to be self defense. Also afraid of revolutionary new concepts since green is all about organic, slow growth. We can see this with how she was overwhelmed by technical evolution. Green also stands for instincts, meaning she disregards outside regulation. The lack of white adds to that, meaning she is disillusioned by authority Blue has cards that deal with mimicry (Water clones),Ilusions and nonreality (Fusion mindfuck sphere in Chille Tid?). Black has parasitism that leeches of stronger creature's physic al strength (Jasper?). Law and authority is important. So is rational thought and ethics With White everything is seen from a bigger picture of a moral superiority. The details of Homewolrd might be kinda s-----, but she considers the general idea admirable and right and believes in its order to serve the greater good. With Blue the rational side plays a big role too though. By investigating Earth she was faced with factors she was not yet aware of and she was willing to change her view with said facts. When her knowledge was outright refused by authority, her belief in its impeccable moral standars crumbled. So she relies more in facts than even on her an authority she followed her whole life, which is admirable Black is interesting and stands out, since it's the color of a certrain opportunistic side. Her own protection and power are important to her, so maybe Earth was also great since she was respected and was able to express her individual power and agency, as oppposed to being a tiny gear in a well greased machine. A little bit of egoistic motives may have therefore been in play when she flipped off Homeworld. Since her safety is important she'd probably seriously toy with the thought of snitching out on the CG if things go down the drain and she is offered a sweet deal. Offer her praise, a medal as warhero and an important position in Homeworld authority and you'd have a sweaty, torn psychologic al mess. There is still some interesting as f--- development in store in this regard. Sure l can try! First of all, I guess Jasper will be a big bag of surprises, if we can trust Burnett's twitter. He calls her "a complicated character" er colors are W/B/R Red stands for impulsiveness and a free spirit. She follows orders, but rigid rules are just a restricion (see fusing with Lapis even though fusion is frowned upon). She enjoys the chaos of the battlefiled as a needed respite from Homeworld orders. There is also a favourable feeling towards life in general. It might not appear like it but my feeling is outside of a battle situation she is pretty easy going and jolly with a roaring laugh for her allies. Maybe there are even comrades she cared deeply about Even though she rejects control on a personal level, white symbolizes she respects the mission of Homeworld. She genuinely believes it will bring peace (at least to the Gems) and tries to see this through even if she breaks the general rules a little bit on the way. So she is driven by some strong moral principle Black probably symbolises her feelings for everyone outside of her sphere. To secure the power of HER PEOPLE, everything is justified. Every one else is just a stepping stone for collective and personal power She is loyal to morality but only if it concerns other Gems. Therefore the CG appear like really f----- up traitors to her. It also means she's not above using low tactics in an emergency The Card meant to represent her means she won't stop once she has her eyes on sth. She's probably the type of Gem who volunteers for missions and won't come back until the job is done So Il leave her kinda roughed up, but strong enough to remain an antagonist. Also her card gains power by crushing enemies ac sent two things battle as an artfrom. 1. She enjoys 2. There is a latent desire for revenge and killing opponents means getting closer to some abstract form of justice. She might be driven by rage that has a very real source in her past
