If you are going to give your “award” to a show that’s from your network, please don’t even nominate other animated series from other channels (such as Cartoon Network and Disney Channel), don’t give them opportunity because you want “variety” on the nominations of your “Kids Choice Awards” to then give the win to a series of your channel, you make the event see arranged and fake.

Making Sponge Bob compete with series of huge popularity such as Gravity Falls and Steven Universe that basically have a very big fandom on the web that voted online as much as they could to see their favorite cartoon winning the award to then see you making Sponge Bob Squarepants the winner just makes us think of the KCA as a dishonest event. If you are going to do these kind of voting based awards, keep it local on your network, it’s going to be more credible for your audience.
