Accustomed to laying on soft beds of clouds, only the softest of perches will do for a pegasi. The methods used to pick said perches were once a mystery. But, through years of observation and study, researchers have found that all pegasi go through the same steps when Nesting and Naps A common practice among pegasi is napping during the hotter hours of the day. Though they nap quite often, (as much as a dozen times in one day) pegasi are often very picky about WHERE they choose to roost... picking a roost. First, she spots a pontential resting place... Next, she carefully analyzes it. Does it appear soft? This rubbing also allows her to claim the new perch as her own. She covers the territory in her scent to warn off other nearby pegasi Then, if the perch seems suitable, she pounces. Rubbing her body all along it to test its softness inally, once she is satisfied with her new nest, the pegasus will nuzzle and nestle in to get comfy, eventually curling up for a well deserved nap.
