And because of the Yin Yang belief, that Yin represents females and Yang represents males, she uses the Yin part of these said elements being a female herself, as seen on the first episode of the anime, the kidneys (when she was rubbing her sides) represents Water and the lungs (in her chest, under the breasts) represents Metal.
