Weiss can use Haste to dramatically alter time perception for herself and her allies. Accelerating Blake to the point that she cut down a salvo of missiles in mid-air Presuming the Paladin missiles are subsonic we're still talking speeds of anywhere under 340m/s. So if Weiss were to ever cast Haste on Ruby, who can already travel well over that speed. Awesome
