Context:
In Ireland we have this series called Roy, a live-action comedy series about a family with a badly-drawn cartoon son. It was based on some short-film called Badly Drawn Roy from 2004 and eventually became an on-going series in 2009 – So I suppose the series's history can be compared to Breadwinners if Breadwinners wasn't a steaming pile of s---. I haven't seen any episodes of the series in years but it has the structure of a documentary and mainly resorts to "Irish Humour". Y'know, humour only Irish people would understand.
