Would remain shut, but for transparency's sake and the new disclaimer when you upload things to this gallery, coupled with the astounding success this picture became (being a notable example in the article), I'd have to inform that I found the picture "just there", artist stated as "none" (and it isn't hard to find there, though obviously I can't or won't link).

Either way, the user who posted it there is Nuji, and through reverse search I can't find anything older than mine or his upload (03/10). The fact that he's a profilic uploader and he does everything right (provides sauce or "artist unknown") gives me a theory that he's the artist (this and a few pictures have "none" as the artist instead of "artist unknown"), but someone who draws decently like that would be more productive, I think? Maybe simply s/he can't draw dragon dongs quite right.
