In the Cartoon Network offices, there's a stairwell where many visitors and creators leave behind drawings done in pencil, sharpie marker, spray-paint, etc. One of these creators was Toshihiro Kawamoto, the character designer of Cowboy Bebop, who left a drawing of Spike Spiegel.

Fast forward to 2015, some intern, not knowing what he was seeing, drew over it with a random sharpie doodle.
