The original video was uploaded in late September 2023 by TikToker @theo_tri3s. In October 2023, viral usage of the sound persisted on the app. Creators mostly lip-dubbed the sound and replaced words in the catchphrase to match their own predicaments.

On September 24th, 2023, TikToker^[1] @theo_tri3s posted a video in which he said, "You're not Autistic. You're just a little silly. And you cry when you have to leave the house but that's unrelated." Over the course of three weeks, the video gained roughly 1.7 million plays and 333,600 likes (shown below).

Spread

Soon after, others on the app started to use the TikTok sound^[2] of @theo_tri3s' video. For instance, the first known usage of the sound was a video posted by TikToker^[3] @secretcicada on September 25th, 2023, receiving roughly 42,400 plays and 6,200 likes in three weeks (shown below, left). Going into October 2023, the videos became increasingly viral, such as a video posted by TikToker^[4] @eviehoward_ on October 9th, which gained roughly 520,300 plays and 93,700 likes in eight days (shown below, right).

Over the course of the sound's^[2] initial three-week span, the most viral video posted with it was uploaded by TikToker^[5] @sisiw.jpg on October 14th, 2023, which referenced the concept of going nonverbal, gaining roughly 2.5 million plays and 460,800 likes in three days (shown below).

By October 17th, 2023, the trend's primary TikTok sound^[2] had amassed over 16,000 posts.
