You Have Uno, also known as The Uno Argument, refers to a viral video in which two Call of Duty players have a loud argument over voice chat about whether they have access to the game Uno on their Xbox.
Origin
On February 17th, 2012, the original "You Have Uno" clip was featured in a video titled "Shit From Last Week Episode 4." In the video, players Jahova and The Deluxe4 can be heard arguing about whether the game Uno was included with a purchase of the Xbox console. The original video has since been removed. On July 4th, 2014, YouTuber Hova 2 reuploaded the original clip, along with an introduction explaining its origin (shown below).
Spread
On September 14th, 2016, Hova uploaded a video of himself playing the game Uno titled "You Have Uno!" (shown below).
On April 14th, 2019, YouTuber SkyJacc uploaded the audio from the original video accompanied by image macros featuring various anime characters (shown below). On April 15th, Redditor BLT_Myth submitted a "You Have Uno" video featuring an animation Doge playing an Xbox on a couch to /r/Weesterner.[1]
That day, the Twitter account @TheDeluxe4[2] tweeted about the "You Have Uno" as a meme and saying "I do have Uno now BTW" (shown below).

Everyone Has X Dipshit, It Came Free With Y is a phrasal template based on the You Have Uno copypasta. The template is typically used as a part of an image macro format featuring Big Floppa, and is used to emphasize that certain things are natural and common for all humans.
