This is the earliest known meme using the image and caption together in this way. The image is sourced from a video by Reality Kings.

So what posted a version of the meme using a similar image of Rachel Roxxx, photoshopped reacting to the Lord of the Rings trilogy, gaining around 14 shares in eight months (shown below).
