Gameplay
Counter-Strike players are placed on either the Counter Terrorists (CTs) or Terrorists team. There are several different game modes which provide different goals for each team to win.
- Defuse: The Terrorists' goal is to plant and defend a C4 bomb until detonation, while the CTs' is to defuse it. Terrorists can win by killing all enemies but the CTs must also defuse the bomb prior to detonation upon killing the entire enemy team.
- Hostage: The CTs attempt to rescue a group of hostages while the Terrorists work to prevent them from doing so. If any CT or Terrorist kills a hostage, game will deduct some credit from that player.
