SPY X FAMILY Poster Parodies are a series of fan artworks parodying key visual posters of the 2022 anime SPY X FAMILY. They mainly depict characters from other franchises in the poses of the anime's main characters.

Origin

On October 31st, 2021, Wit Studio and Cloverworks released a teaser trailer for the anime adaptation of the 2019 manga SPY X FAMILY. Some of the shots depicting the main characters (Twilight, alias Loid Forger, represented as his spy persona; Yor Briar, represented as her assassin identity "the Thorn Princess"; and Anya, represented in her childish self) were re-used in a series of key visual posters (pictured below).

The first episode premiered on April 1st, 2022. Following the anime's gain in popularity, on April 14th, Twitter artists Life_And_Sundry and Radical highway posted within 10 minutes of each other, redraws of the key visual posters, respectively based on the comic Spy vs. Spy (shown below, left)^[1] and on Hololive member Watson Amelia (shown below, right).^[2] In the following month, the first post gained 27,600 likes and was retweeted 5,100 times. The second amassed 51,500 likes and 8,000 retweets.
