Toumazoff also memes frequently about current events in French politics. For example, on June 11th, 2022, a young female French high schooler asked President Emmanuel Macron at a public event why he "placed at the head of the state men who have been accused of violence against women," likely making reference to Gérald Darmanin, a minister in Macron's government who has been accused of rape by several women. Toumazoff's meme in response to the event, which was captured on video that circulated widely on social media, was posted on the same day and earned over 24,000 likes in three days.^[9] Her meme pictures Macron as an anime girl hiding from a terminator. Translated into English, it reads, "A high schooler who asks him a simple question" and "Emmanuel Macron."
