About

Will Blunderfield is a Canadian musician, alternative men's health guru and self-proclaimed "Sex Kung Fu Coach" who specializes in yoga, semen retention, penis reflexology and Urine Therapy in which he drinks his own piss and semen for supposed health benefits. Blunderfield's Instagram Reels have drawn interest, curiosity and reposts across social media sites like Twitter in 2022. He often appears tan, naked and shirtless with his hairy chest out, sporting a big beard and a bald head. He refers to his followers as his "yogis." He was additionally interviewed by Channel 5 With Andrew Callaghan. He's been active online since 2008 on his own website, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook, however, many of his accounts have been banned for violating community guidelines. He is also a prominent OnlyFans creator.

Background

Will Blunderfield was born on July 16th, 1985, in Vancouver, British Columbia.[1] He first became known in music as a child in the British Columbia Boys Choir.[1] When he was 17, he moved to New York City to study theater via a scholarship along with other graduates like Jason Derülo, Janelle Monáe and Jason Mraz. He wanted to try Broadway post-graduation, however, he changed his mind to pursue music and yoga instead.[1]

In late 2010, Blunderfield was signed to Nettwerk Music Group, known for managing artists like Coldplay, Avril Lavigne and Sarah McLachlan.[1] In 2012, Blunderfield achieved mainstream fame in Japan where he toured extensively.[1] Blunderflied later became a brand ambassador for Lululemon Athletica.

Online History

Will Blunderfield first joined Facebook in 2005 but didn't upload his first post[2] until January 4th, 2008. The majority of his early Facebook posts were related to his budding music career, mirrored by his first YouTube uploads in 2012 featuring his music videos. His first music video on YouTube was for the song "The River," uploaded on August 28th, 2012, receiving roughly 28,300 views in 10 years (shown below, left). Around this time, he was doing group yoga instructing for Vega Yoga in and around Japan. Evidence of this can be seen in an old YouTube video posted on October 2nd, 2012 (shown below, right).

According to a March 2022 Instagram[3] post from Blunderfield, he had a different YouTube channel that started in 2010, however, due to community guidelines violations, it was permanently erased in March 2022. According to Blunderfield's caption in the Instagram[3] post, he lost over 11,000 subscribers. Blunderfield also had a website[4] that dated back to 2010,[3] however, it has since been removed online as well. On February 11th, 2010, Blunderfield started posting on Twitter.[5]

In 2018, he started the Urban Yogi Podcast on Spotify, [10] which ramped up in production in mid-2019 and rebranded its logo to look like The Joe Rogan Experience logo.

On November 17th, 2019, the Vancouver Sun[6] published an article about Blunderfield and his organized naked group polar plunge at Trafalgar Street Beach in Vancouver, B.C. Blunderfield stated that naked, cold plunges help with emotional strength training and body dysmorphia/anxiety, "It takes a lot of vulnerability and strength to show up naked among a group of strangers."[6] The Sun also mentioned how posting about naked yoga on Facebook and Instagram had recently gotten him into a "kerfuffle."

Urine Therapy Instagram Reels

Following the news coverage and recent deletion of his prior Instagram page, Blunderfield started posting on Instagram again with a new backup account, starting with uploads[7][8] on January 23rd, 2020. The account (@will.blunderfield) became his sixth official account on July 1st, 2022.[10]

The majority of his content continuing into the early 2020s was NSFW in nature, often featuring him naked with just an emoji covering his private area. He'd upload photos of other men in the same vein, usually captured during his naked yoga sessions in the midst of "Butthole Sunning."

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Blunderfield reiterated anti-vaccination and anti-mask rhetoric in multiple Instagram[9] videos, predominantly being reposts of Zoom meetings with his Manhood Academy.

Once @will.blunderfield became his primary account in July 2022, Blunderfield started posting Urine Therapy Reels with white text transcribed as he spoke. On July 6th, 2022, he uploaded his first Reel of this nature, earning over 130 likes in one month (shown below, left). On July 7th, 2022, Blunderflied posted another Reel in which he's singing about drinking his own pee (shown below, right).
