About
Johnny Young, also known as Jay Rockefeller or theagingmuscles, is a self-proclaimed incel and gymcel known for his controversial YouTube videos of him pepper-spraying women who reject him in public. He's been arrested multiple times since 2019 for harassing women and his videos have been reposted to WorldStarHipHop. In 2022, following multiple attacks in Costa Vista, a warrant for Young's arrest and his green and white van was issued, receiving national media attention. Many of his videos have been reposted to Reddit, 4chan and Kiwi Farms.
Background
Not much is known about Johnny Young's upbringing. He has appeared in two interviews. One has been reuploaded to Kiwi Farms[1] within an extensive thread about Young created by the user JamusActimus. In a short clip from one of the interviews, Young revealed that he did not have an ideal upbringing. His parents had to put him up for adoption when he was born. His aunt and uncle had to adopt him. Later on, his aunt got dementia and died during his adolescence. For work, Young stated he doesn't have a job. He instead makes his videos and gambles on crypto. [1]
In August 2019, Young was arrested in Las Vegas with his friend Braxton Ryback when the two threatened to shoot up a nightclub while chanting about white supremacy. The arrest happened on August 10th, 2019, when they allegedly threatened club patrons by yelling, “White privilege, white power, we are white supremacists,” with their fists raised[2] (mug shots shown below).
Online History
Young had a presence on multiple social media platforms before his mainstream publicity in 2022, however, most of his accounts have been deleted or removed. One that is still active and predates his YouTube presence is his Instagram [3] account. Its first post was made on June 10th, 2017 (shown below, left). Young stopped posting in mid-2019, just before his arrest in Las Vegas. The last post made on the account was on May 25th, 2019 (shown below, right), wherein, the post's location is the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
In 2020, Young started posting videos to a YouTube channel (since deleted). The first video[4] he uploaded was on August 17th, 2020, titled "RAGE FUEL angermaxxing at Burger King for messing up order." Over the course of one year, the video received roughly 18,400 views. Although the video has since been deleted, it was reposted to Reddit on July 4th, 2021, by Redditor BrownSugar_99 to /r/ActualPublicFreakouts,[5] where over the course of 10 months, it received roughly 1,600 upvotes (shown below).
On July 5th, 2021, the Burger King video was also reposted to /r/PublicFreakout[6] where it received more upvotes, roughly 8,100 in the same amount of time. This was around the time that Young started to become notorious within incel groups online. For instance, on September 2nd, 2021, YouTuber Dr Davinsky uploaded an interview with Jay Rockefeller, earning roughly 17,900 views over the course of eight months (shown below).
Within the interview, Davinsky talks with Young about his incel philosophies. He brings up multiple accounts of other incels claiming Young is not a true incel due to his attractiveness and evidence that he was had intercourse. Despite all this, his videos in the interview are praised by Davinsky.
Doxxed on TikTok
On December 14th, 2021, TikToker[8] tizzyent posted a video about Johnny Young and his content. Within the video, he doxxed Young and called him out for his "gross" behavior. The video caused Young to delete his TikTok page, as well as many of his videos on YouTube.

Pepper-Spraying Women Videos / Arrest
Going into 2022, Young started becoming more aggressive with the tactics in his videos.
