Frankie MacDonald also known as Flank99 is a YouTuber turned TikToker known for his weather reports and siren impersonations. Frankie first went viral for a video posted to his now-deleted YouTube Flank99 in June 2010 called "Severe Earthquake Warning For California in September 2010." Frankie subsequently started posting to the TikTok page @frankiemacdonald1984, where he performs tornado siren impersonations, among other things.

On June 8th, 2010, Frankie Macdonald posted a video titled, "Severe Earthquake Warning For California in September 2010" to his YouTube^[1] channel Flank99. The post went viral, but was subsequently deleted alongside Frankie's channel. The video can be accessed via reupload below.

On May 21st, 2012, Frankie posted a video titled, "Guy Tries to Eat 50 Hot Dogs at Once,"^[2] gathering over 1.9 million likes in ten years (seen below, left). On July 8th, 2016 he posted a video titled, "A Guy Dancing then Being Chased by Gorilla,"^[3] gathering 1.5 million likes in seven years (seen below, right).

Frankie Macdonald began posting to his TikTok channel in June 2019,^[4] gathering over 400,000 plays and 30,000 likes on his first upload (seen below, left). An October 5th, 2021^[5] post gathered over 14.8 million views and 1.6 million likes (seen below, right).
