allmytwenties My daily experience as a neurospicy individual is horrid. I hear a small snippet of music, a part of speech spoke. In the same cadence as a song I know or even just a familiar musical note is all it takes for me to get sent into a downward spiral of hours upon hours of listening to whatever song I was just reminded of on repeat inside my head. God forbid I have multiple stimuli that remind me of two different songs that are in the same time signature because my brain will put both of those songs together in either the best or the worst remix of all time.

Neurospicy is a slang term used by some as a euphemism for the word "neurodivergent." One of the earliest known uses of the term "Neurospicy" online can be traced to a now-deleted tweet posted in March 2017. The post was made by X user @aimeilian, with various replies and quote tweets^[1] noting the post's use of the term "neurospicy." X^[2]^[3] users @Wild_Tanuki and @Mahounasu posted tweets interacting with @aimeilian's post on March 10th, 2017 (seen below).
