Hs department head is aways shouting. He has no idea that Mr Matsubayashi could kil him with a single blow He calls his handler in Tokyo and requests a meeting. The cherry blossoms are lovely this time of year He pretends to drink coffee whie lurking in one of the empty offices. One of the married government officials enters the room with a secretary and screws her. He takes pictures for blackmai. His department head is stil shouting when he gets back rides the train home. His handler pretends to sleep while passing him Whie waking home, a mugger tries to mug him. He kils the man with a single bow to the nose, sending bone shards into his brain He tinds the woman who is his cover "wite with a man. may have blown their coverl She must suspect what he must do now He orders some food from a local chinese restaurant He convinces her that he wil not kill her.
