However, I decided not to move forward with them. She called around 1.20pm to ask if we could come sooner since she had a cancelation and I told her I was unable to come at all. More than 1 hour before the preset appointment and she was so rude about it. Saying we should have called sooner. When should I have called her? Before I booked the appointment? 11

I know how frustrating things can be when things go wrong. It was frustrating for us and for you. But you came all the way back to Pine Valley and picked up the items from the came wrong address and set them up again at the right address. We were able to enjoy them for several hours. I Think the kids appreciated them even more because they waited so long with great hopes that they would still come. Yourguys were kind and respectful as always! I was pretty gumpy about the whole thing and I want to apologize for that Everybody was doing their best! It is alot of hard work to transport those slicks and to set them up and take them down. Theidid that wice that day. I should have noticed that the computer had picked up an old address that we haven't used for several years.
