The Joe Biden Optical Illusion refers to a photograph of President Joe Biden standing behind his chair at the White House with a jacket hanging over the chair that looks like his legs on first glance. The optical illusion was posted to Twitter by Biden on November 21st and went viral over the following days.

Origin

On November 21st, 2022, The @POTUS Twitter[1] account posted a photograph of Joe Biden standing behind his chair at the White House with his jacket hanging over the backrest, captioned, "Ready to get more done for American families," garnering over 88,000 likes and 9,000 retweets in two days (shown below).

That day, numerous Twitter users claimed they thought the jacket hanging over the chair was Biden's legs. On that day, Twitter[2] user @hekkp1 photoshopped the jacket to make it resemble legs, garnering over 50 likes in two days (shown below).
