Origin

The earliest known usage of the painting (shown below), which has been credited to Heath Collins, was posted on the Wordpress godversations on September 30th, 2015.^[1]^[2]

Spread

On June 12th, 2017, Facebook ^[3] account Wonderwerke gebeur posted the image with a angel emoji in the beam. Within two years, the post (shown below, left) recevied more than 700 reactions and 270 shares.

The following year, on July 29th, 2018, Redditor ^[5] Dollon_da_God posted the image in which each of the objects in the image are labeled in the /r/dankmemes subreddit. The post (shown below, center) received more than 37,000 points (95% upvoted) and 275 comments in 24 hours.

On July 29th, "Redditor": ^[4] yeeeyang posted a variation in the /r/PrequelMemes subreddit. The post (shown below, right) received more than 5,900 points (97% upvoted) and 50 comments.
