My account has been hacked, currently working on the issue. Thanks 🙏🏽," gaining over 3,400 likes in the course of a few hours (shown below). Murray was addressing an explicit video that was leaked on his Instagram story earlier that day, showing his girlfriend Harper Hempel giving him fellatio.^[2] Sports outlets like ClutchPoints claimed on Twitter^[3] that Murray was hacked, and soon after, additionally tweeted^[4] that Murray's Instagram account was deactivated.

For instance, on March 22nd, Twitter^[5] user @iam_johnw tweeted a satirical "Breaking News" headline related to the then-recent COVID-19 pandemic, writing, "sources out of Denver confirm nuggets guard Jamal Murray Has just tested positive for Wildin out on the gram at 3 am," gaining 8,000 likes in three years (shown below, left).
