It's Peam refers to a series of edits of a gif of US representative Jim Clyburn shaking his head, originally captioned "It's Mid…".

Origin

The gif was uploaded to tenor.com in 2021^[1], and later recaptioned^[2] "Peak" instead of "Mid". On Apr 29, 2024, Twitter user @poisonjr posted^[3] an edit of the gif with the caption "It's Peam" in response to a tweet saying "i love those tenor gifs where its obviously some random friend groups inside joke". The tweet received received over 2000 reposts and 31,000 likes in 5 months.
