It's Only My Third Day Out Here I Don't Know is a viral video of rapper Lil Uzi Vert dapping up fans on a school bus while eating a popsicle and saying, "It's only my third day out here. I don't know." While saying the catchphrase, he rolls his eyes and shrugs his shoulders. It was posted to Twitter in late 2017 and has since been used in memes, the most common being people posting the video when it's the third day of any month, year or event.
Origin
On December 12th, 2017, Twitter[1] user LUVTheAlbum (since-suspended) posted a video that showed Uzi approaching his school bus and dapping him up from the bus window. Uzi asked the group if they were coming home from school and what school it was, meanwhile, he was eating a green popsicle. The kids answered him, prompting Uzi to roll his eyes, shrug and say, "It's only my third day out here. I don't know."
Although the original tweet[1] has since been deleted, it was reposted to YouTube on December 12th, 2017, by the channel BEATZBYDRUZ, which over the course of five years, received roughly 10.2 million views (shown below). Articles[2] about the video were also posted on December 12th.
Spread
Reactions to the video started to appear on Twitter within quote retweets and replies around mid-December 2017. For instance, Twitter[3] user cheffclout replied on December 12th, with, "he was moving with some suspect motions," earning roughly 2,200 likes in five years.
On January 3rd, 2018, Twitter[4] user ayyyitsjalen repurposed the video, captioning it related to the New Year by saying, "When people ask me how this year is so far…" Over the course of four years, the tweet received roughly 275,000 likes and the video earned roughly 6.7 million views (shown below).

Ayyyitsjalen's tweet was reposted to Instagram [5] going into January 2018. It was even reposted by the Instagram account Daquan on January 3rd, 2018, earning roughly 564,100 views in one day.[6] Additionally, Drake commented on Daquan's repost.[6]
On February 4th, 2018, Twitter[7] user jshmms used the video in a tweet, captioning it, "when you ask kylie’s baby how’s life," in reference to Stormi Webster's Birth. The tweet received roughly 15,700 likes over the course of four years (shown below).

On March 3rd, 2018, Twitter[8] user m1kes_ posted a tweet that captioned the video, "'How’s March going for you?' Me:" earning roughly 8,600 likes in four years (shown below).

On August 3rd, 2018, Twitter[9] josezabala_10 made the same joke again, earning roughly 100,000 likes in four years. Multiple Twitter[10] users made the joke on January 3rd, 2019. The trend continued throughout 2020, 2021 and 2022.
