Island Boys Head Video is a controversial viral video posted by twin brothers the Island Boys in which it appears that Flyysoulja is receiving oral sex from Kodiyakredd. However, the phallic object in the video was not actually Flyysoulja's penis and was instead a popsicle or a carrot. Regardless, the video caused considerable discourse, curiosity and outrage online, mostly because it was deleted from X (formerly known as Twitter) by Flyysoulja, resulting in later rumors that it was real. The video added to a series of gay incest bait posted by the brothers in 2023 as a way to promote their OnlyFans (OF).

Origin

On August 3rd, 2023,^[6] Flyysoulja posted a video to his X^[1] account (since deleted) in which it appeared that his brother Kodiyakredd was giving him fellatio. However, the phallic object in the video was not actually Flyysoulja's penis and was instead either a popsicle or a carrot.^[2] The video was reposted by X^[3] user @dom_lucre on August 7th, who censored the video and gained roughly 2,800 likes in three weeks. @dom_lucre's post received a Community Note on August 7th that debunked the video (shown below).

On August 4th, 2023, users on X quoted the video, such as X^[4] user @talentedjuan, who said, "? The carrot," gaining over 100 likes in three weeks. On August 7th, after @dom_lucre's post, many quoted him, such as X^[5] user @realstewpeters on August 7th, writing, "This is the work of satan. They are possessed by demons," gaining over 200 likes in three weeks (shown below).

On August 10th, 2023, YouTuber^[6] oompaville posted a video called "The Island Boys Are Disgusting…" in which he centered on the fake oral sex video, humorously pointing out that it was a popsicle and not a penis. His video received roughly 918,000 views and 42,000 likes in 18 days (shown below).

During the same timeframe, viral videos on TikTok^[7]^[8] started to surface that referenced the video, such as one uploaded by TikToker^[7] @spillingthetea099 on August 6th that was a clip from the No Jumper podcast. The video received roughly 2.4 million plays and 42,500 likes in three weeks.
