The meme resembles a recontextualized porn meme (particularly the Casting Couch trope), however, the screenshot comes from a 2018 stream where she went on a date with IRL streamer Ice Poseidon. The screenshot became the subject of image macros that October and in subsequent years.

Origin

On January 8th, 2018, YouTuber^[1] snek Y posted a video taken from a Twitch stream where streamers Ice Poseidon and TheOnlyOneDragon go on a date. Around the 3:25 mark, Ice Poseidon and TheOnlyOneDragon jokingly act as if she's on The Casting Couch (shown below).

On October 22nd, Redditor Lcamp360 then posted an image macro to /r/memeeconomy^[2] using a screenshot from the 4:02-minute mark of the episode, subtitled, "I'm a little bit of a sneaky slut haha" (shown below). TheOnlyOneDragon does not actually say this line in the video. The image is a repost from "requimeme," although the original seems to be deleted. The Reddit post gained over 620 upvotes in four years.

On November 24th, 2018, Instagram^[3] page puretrucksmatter posted a version of the meme about putting your car in neutral while going past cops, gaining over 950 likes in four years (shown below). It was reposted to Facebook^[4] by Street Car Mafia in May 2019, gaining over 1,700 shares and 400 reactions in three years.
