Fuck My Chungus Life, also known as Fuck My Disgusting Chungus Life or Fuck My Retarded Chungus Life, refers to a catchphrase that references Big Chungus. Variations of it trended on Twitter / X in 2024, inspired by a screenshot of an Instagram note that read it. The variations followed two phrasal templates, Fuck My Disgusting X Life and Fuck My Retarded X Life, in which meme creators replaced the X with different words.

On March 1st, 2024, X^[1] user @fltchrr tweeted, "fuck my retarded life," receiving over 650 likes in a month (shown below).

On March 9th, X^[2] user @songslifestyle tweeted a photo of them smoking a cigarette, captioned, "fuck my retarded ass life," receiving over 27,000 likes in a month (shown below).

On March 12th, 2024, X^[3] user @94NJA tweeted a screenshot of an Instagram note labeled "Your note," reading, "fuck my chungus life," receiving over 6,200 likes in a month (shown below). Going into March 2024, X users combined the phrases to form the snowclone trend.

On March 14th, 2024, X^[4] user @midsmoker34 tweeted, "Fuck my chungus life," earning over 2,500 likes in a month (shown below, left). On March 18th, X^[5] user @towoji tweeted, "Fuck my disgusting chungus life," receiving over 450 likes in three weeks (shown below, right).

Viral iterations of the meme persisted going into April 2024. For instance, on April 1st, 2024, X^[6] user @midsmoker34 quoted a report that Discord was set to roll out sponsored ads, writing, "Fuck this disgusting chungus life," earning over 1,500 likes in nine days (shown below, left).

On April 5th, 2024, X^[7] user @pisslowrandom tweeted a cigarette photo (similar to X^[2] user @songslifestyle's photo) writing, "Fuck my retarded portuguese life," gaining over 3,300 likes in five days (shown below, right).
