21, Can You Do Something For Me?, alternatively written 21, Can You Do Sum For Me? and also known as Drake and 21 Savage in the Studio or Do Your Thing, 21, refers to lyrics from Drake and 21 Savage's song "Rich Flex" from their collab album Her Loss, which released in November 2022. The song and Drake's verse were used in memes on TikTok, Twitter and elsewhere in relation to some perceiving Drake sounding feminine or gay with his delivery, which was reminiscent of both BBL Drake and Drake the Type Of Guy memes. Drake's verse continued, "Can you talk to the opps necks for me? 21, do your thing 21, do your thing. Do your thing, 21."

On November 4th, 2022, Drake and 21 Savage released their collab album Her Loss with the first track called "Rich Flex" starting the album.^[1] At the 0:43-minute mark of the song, Drake starts singing the lyrics, "21, can you do something for me? Can you talk to the opps necks for me? 21, do your thing 21, do your thing. Do your thing, 21" (shown below). In four days, the song received roughly 2.7 million views on YouTube.

Soon after the album was released on November 4th, 2022, Twitter^[2] user upblissed posted a tweet at approximately midnight EST stating, "this nigga drake flirting wit 21 savage on the first track😭😭," earning roughly 110,700 likes in four days. About an hour later, Twitter^[3] user upblissed added a reply to his own tweet that captioned a GIF of Homer Simpson grinding with, "21, can you do sumn for me💋," gaining roughly 12,800 likes in four days (shown below).

Following Twitter user upblissed's emphasis on the Drake verse, multiple Twitter users expressed parallel thoughts in humorous tweets. For instance, on November 4th, 2022, Twitter^[4] user tize4PF captioned a BBL Drake photo with, "21 CAN YOU DO SOME FA ME," gaining roughly 63,100 likes in four days (shown below, left). A BBL Drake mirror selfie was captioned by Twitter^[5] user ohfold on November 4th related to Drake's "opps" bar, earning roughly 13,300 likes in the same time period (shown below, right).

The song "Rich Flex" started to trend as a TikTok sound too as creators began making videos that imagined what Drake and 21 Savage looked like in the studio while recording the track. The first to do so was TikToker^[6] ashleykeno17 on November 4th, 2022, in which he acted like and lip-dubbed Drake and 21 Savage, earning roughly 19.5 million plays and 3.2 million likes in four days (shown below, left). On November 5th, TikToker^[7] fylertunke posted a video in which he pretended to be Drake twerking on 21 Savage in the studio, gaining roughly 14.1 million plays and 2.7 million likes in three days (shown below, right).
